Pam Curran

As the founder of Stratos Marketing Group, Pam works with each Stratos client to determine the right mix of services to meet business goals. A hands-on manager, she is instrumental in client onboarding, strategic planning, and marketing strategy and is dedicated to the ongoing success of each client.

Pam has 20+ years of B2B and B2C marketing experience helping businesses develop strategies to grow brand awareness, market share, and ROI. She is skilled at leading sales and marketing teams beyond current capabilities to elevate results.

A pragmatic marketing professional who blends an innovative approach to marketing with a real-world approach to business, Pam has a rare ability to clarify messaging, ultimately shortening the sales cycle.

Pam’s positive and upbeat approach to solving difficult marketing challenges makes her a trusted and preferred partner to her clients in high-tech, energy, healthcare, veterinary, biosciences, financial, professional services, and other industries. Prior to founding Stratos, Pam played key marketing roles within leading companies, including S&P Global, Equifax, AT&T Wireless, Sprint/Nextel, and Iridium North America.

Pam is a native of Colorado and holds a BA degree in Communications from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves the outdoors.

Ian Serff

As the Stratos Marketing Group Creative Director, Ian provides consultation on client creative strategy and delivers creative design services for Stratos in brand development, print design, web creative design, social media, and website development.

Having worked in the design industry for more than 25 years, Ian has always focused his energy on creative solutions that engage audiences and help customers to market their products and services more effectively. Realizing that truly great graphic design doesn’t stand on its own, Ian starts from the end-customer’s perspective in order to create designs that deliver return on marketing investment and long-term growth. Ian understands that successful graphic design draws an emotional response and creates a relationship between a customer and a brand. He uses design to illuminate a company’s values in a way that generates trust and loyalty to endure for years to come.

Michelle Hoffman

At Stratos Marketing Group, Michelle not only leads day-to-day efforts for her clients’ marketing programs but also supports marketing plan development as well as metrics reporting and analysis.

Throughout her career, Michelle has been involved in wide-ranging aspects of marketing strategy and implementation for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. A generalist who loves working on something new every day, her past jobs have included Conventions Coordinator for a textbook publishing company, Account Manager for an integrated direct marketing agency, and Director of Product Management for the direct marketing arm of Equifax. Michelle has extensive experience in project management for marketing purposes, including implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, event coordination, database management, targeting/segmentation, and response analysis. She is a team player who specializes in anticipating problems and getting things done.

Michelle has a BA in English from Texas Christian University with minors in Biology and Chemistry and an MBA from the University of Denver. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in her community, especially helping her favorite non-profit organizations market events, attract donors, and energize participants.

Lori Rott

At Stratos Marketing Group, Lori coordinates logistics for client conferences, tradeshows, and other events, including exhibiting, attending, and sponsorships. She works to ensure the programs are in line with the company’s overall marketing strategy.

Throughout her career, Lori has managed a non-profit healthcare association’s annual conference exhibit program, coordinated the registration process, and created an innovative sponsorship program. She has also worked as a travel director for pharmaceutical and medical device companies, assisting with on-site meeting logistics.

Lori’s goal for clients as they approach their event is to provide key logistics communications, so attendees enjoy a seamless event from the moment they register until the conclusion of the meeting.

She has a BS in Business Management from the University of South Dakota. She loves traveling to see her children, photographing all her adventures, and planning the next adventures with her family.
